This policy explains what data Claude Station, operated by Facundo Caden, processes and for what purposes.

(a) Account data: name, email and plan, to authenticate you and enable features. (b) Device data: an identifier for the device limit and remote access. (c) Diagnostics: anonymous error reports (see the Diagnostics Notice).
Claude Station does not send to or store on our servers the content of your conversations, your prompts, your code or your files. That content is processed between your machine and Anthropic under your subscription.
We use data to provide the service, maintain security and improve the app. The basis is the performance of the service and your consent (for diagnostics, revocable).
We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. Diagnostics are kept for as long as needed to diagnose and fix issues.
We use providers for infrastructure and email delivery (e.g., the hosting provider and the email relay). We do not sell your data.
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to facundo.caden@gmail.com. You can also turn diagnostics off from the app at any time.
